Terms of service for AcidSpain Creators.

AcidSpain Creators is operated by AcidSpain LLC. By accessing the public site, creator submission flows, client workspace, operator-supported services, or related APIs, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the platform, other users, creators, customers, or service providers.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping login credentials, billing access, reset links, reveal-token access, and internal workspace permissions secure.

Workspace access is offered through paid subscriptions, manually approved paid workspaces, or other workspace states determined by AcidSpain. There is no free-trial entitlement unless AcidSpain expressly states otherwise in writing.

Catalog visibility, exact pricing, direct creator emails, lists, campaign tools, intelligence, exports, and other feature availability may change based on billing status, plan limits, workspace eligibility, or abuse prevention controls.

We may suspend, throttle, or terminate access when an account violates the terms, fails billing requirements, creates operational or legal risk, attempts to bypass gated access, or uses the service in a fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unauthorized way.

Paid access is processed through third-party billing providers such as Stripe or through manual paid workspace approval by AcidSpain. Subscription pricing, included users, monthly reveal tokens, renewal timing, and billing controls are shown inside the workspace or related pricing materials.

Current workspace plans are designed around monthly contact and pricing reveal tokens. Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans may include different user seats, reveal-token limits, and feature access, and those limits may be updated prospectively.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details and for any fees, taxes, or charges associated with the selected plan. Access may be limited or removed if payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or a manual paid arrangement expires.

The platform may contain creator information, account data, public channel metadata, YouTube-enriched metrics, avatars, categories, contact details, rate cards, submissions, commercial signals, reveal logs, and other operational records.

Public visitors receive masked preview data. Paid workspace users may reveal direct creator emails and exact pricing through the token system. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, publish, bulk export, or misuse creator information outside the intended business use of the product.

You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you submit, store, import, request, or export through the service, including creator submissions, outreach notes, CRM records, campaign briefs, rate-card details, and campaign-related materials.

AcidSpain Creators includes discovery, lists, intelligence, creator CRM, outreach drafts, campaign execution tools, brand-safety notes, exports, and related operator workflows. These tools support business operations but do not guarantee creator response, pricing acceptance, post delivery, performance, brand safety, or campaign outcomes.

If AcidSpain provides managed execution, negotiation, campaign, or operator support, those services may be subject to separate written scope, pricing, approvals, timelines, and responsibilities.

The AcidSpain Creators site, product design, software, data structure, workflows, scoring logic, copy, and related materials are owned by AcidSpain LLC or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, frame, mirror, circumvent, or create derivative services from the platform, gated catalog, reveal system, or creator workflow layer except where written permission has been provided.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AcidSpain does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete data accuracy, creator availability, complete public API coverage, campaign outcomes, deliverability, compatibility with every third-party provider, or that YouTube or other third-party platform data will always be available.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AcidSpain LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the platform, creator data, billing providers, third-party integrations, campaign workflows, or related services.

We may update these terms from time to time as the product, pricing, third-party integrations, security controls, or operating model changes. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated.
