Terms for working with creators responsibly.

The rules for public forms, paid workspaces, team access, creator reveals, campaign CRM operations, billing, customer content, and AcidSpain-supported services.

01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern AcidSpain Creators, including the public website, creator forms, client workspaces, operator-supported workflows, discovery catalog, reveal system, agency CRM, campaign tools, and related services operated by AcidSpain LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here.

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any company or organization whose workspace you create or use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

02

Accounts, roles, and security

You must provide accurate information, maintain a unique account, protect your password, reset links, invitation links, billing access, and reveal access, and notify AcidSpain promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Credentials and invitations may not be shared or transferred.

Workspace owners control billing and may invite teammates as owner, admin, member, or viewer where available. Each teammate must use their own identity. Owners and administrators are responsible for assigning the least access needed, managing seat limits, and disabling access promptly when it is no longer authorized.

If Remember me is not selected at sign-in, the signed authentication session and cookie expire after 48 hours. If selected, they may remain for up to 30 days. Do not use Remember me on a public or shared device. AcidSpain may revoke any session following a password, identity, role, account-status, billing, or security change.

03

Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Workspace access is provided through paid Stripe subscriptions, authorized manual paid arrangements, or another status expressly approved by AcidSpain. There is no free-trial entitlement unless AcidSpain states otherwise in a signed written agreement.

Plans may differ by price, included users, monthly contact and pricing reveal tokens, discovery access, intelligence, exports, and campaign CRM availability. Current limits and billing controls are displayed in the product or applicable order materials. Plan features and future prices may change prospectively with notice required by applicable law or the applicable billing agreement.

You are responsible for charges, taxes, valid billing information, and activity authorized through your workspace. Stripe processes card details and may apply its own terms and privacy practices. Access may be limited, downgraded, suspended, or ended after cancellation, expiration, failed payment, charge dispute, or termination of a manual paid arrangement.

04

Reveal tokens and creator data

Public visitors receive masked creator previews. Paid workspace users may spend plan tokens to reveal gated creator email or exact commercial pricing, subject to role, billing, plan, monthly allocation, and abuse controls. A completed reveal is recorded in the workspace ledger, and information already revealed for that workspace may remain available without another token.

Creator records may combine public platform information, public business contacts, creator or agency submissions, source-file imports, operator research, customer-provided records, and API enrichment. Metrics, categories, availability, rates, emails, audience details, and safety indicators may be incomplete, estimated, outdated, or changed by a creator or third-party platform.

You may use creator information only for legitimate creator-marketing and campaign operations. You may not scrape, harvest, republish, sell, license, expose, or bulk redistribute gated catalog data, nor use it for spam, harassment, discrimination, unlawful profiling, or activity that violates privacy, advertising, anti-spam, platform, or consumer-protection law.

05

CRM, campaigns, and customer content

Eligible plans include an influencer agency CRM for clients, creators, campaigns, budgets, placements, deliverables, outreach, files, links, notes, brand-safety review, receivables, payables, reporting, exports, and activity history. You remain responsible for the clients, creators, commercial terms, approvals, content, files, instructions, and records entered or imported into the workspace.

You represent that you have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed to provide and use customer content. You grant AcidSpain a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service or provide requested managed execution.

Campaign tools support planning and operations but do not guarantee creator acceptance, response, availability, pricing, content approval, posting, payment, reach, performance, brand safety, regulatory compliance, or business results. Managed AcidSpain services may require a separate written scope, fee, timeline, and approval process.

06

Acceptable use

You may not access another workspace without authorization; bypass authentication, roles, billing, reveal tokens, rate limits, or data masking; test vulnerabilities without written permission; upload malware; disrupt the service; automate abusive traffic; impersonate another person; use stolen credentials; or interfere with a creator, customer, provider, or operator.

You may not use the service or its data to violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, advertising-disclosure, sanctions, export-control, anti-bribery, employment, anti-discrimination, or communications law. You are responsible for lawful outreach and for honoring creator opt-outs and applicable consent or disclosure duties.

We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records. Reasonable API, sync, import, export, file, search, and messaging limits may be applied to protect availability, data providers, and other customers.

07

Third-party services

The service depends on providers and external platforms such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Google or YouTube, and other configured APIs. Their services, data, availability, and policies are outside AcidSpain's control and may change, become unavailable, or impose additional conditions.

Links, short-lived file URLs, creator profiles, platform pages, Stripe-hosted billing pages, and other external services are governed by their respective providers. AcidSpain is not responsible for third-party content, acts, omissions, outages, or independent data practices.

08

Intellectual property and feedback

AcidSpain LLC and its licensors own the service, site, product design, software, database structure, workflows, scoring and matching logic, copy, branding, and related materials, excluding customer content and third-party materials. These terms provide a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service during authorized access; they do not transfer ownership.

You may not reverse engineer, mirror, frame, resell, sublicense, clone, create a competing dataset from, or make derivative services from the platform or gated catalog except where applicable law does not permit that restriction or AcidSpain gives written permission. If you provide feedback, you allow AcidSpain to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

09

Privacy, cookies, and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how AcidSpain handles personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains necessary sessions, Remember me, preference storage, optional categories, and third-party checkout cookies. Necessary authentication and security cookies remain active because the service cannot safely operate without them; optional categories remain subject to the user's choice.

Each party must use reasonable care with nonpublic business information received through the service and use it only for the relationship for which it was provided. This duty does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law after reasonable notice where permitted.

10

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and manage an eligible subscription through available billing controls. AcidSpain may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for nonpayment, material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal risk, provider restrictions, or conduct that threatens the service, creators, customers, or other people.

When access ends, rights to use the service and gated creator data end. Subject to plan controls and legal restrictions, you should export customer content you need before termination. AcidSpain may retain or delete information according to the Privacy Policy, legal obligations, security needs, backup cycles, and active disputes. Terms that by nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, restrictions, ownership, disclaimers, and liability terms.

11

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. AcidSpain does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free software, complete data, successful outreach, accurate third-party metrics, creator availability, campaign results, or permanent availability of a provider or platform API.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcidSpain LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, opportunities, or campaign results arising from the service, creator data, customer content, third-party services, or managed workflows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

12

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service, plans, providers, security controls, or law changes. The updated date will be posted here, and additional notice will be provided when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
