Section 1

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run AcidSpain Creators, including public-site form submissions, creator profile submissions, claim requests, pricing requests, customer workspace account details, billing identifiers, list and campaign activity, reveal-token activity, support records, and operator workflow records.

Creator records may include public channel names, handles, profile URLs, countries, languages, niches, rate-card ranges, contact emails submitted by creators or imported from supplied source files, YouTube channel metrics, avatars, categories, and publicly available channel descriptions used for enrichment.

We may collect device, browser, IP, request, and usage information to secure the platform, rate-limit abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve performance.

Section 2

How we use information

We use personal, company, creator, and platform activity information to create workspace accounts, operate paid workspace access, process creator submissions, manage claim and pricing requests, run discovery, lists, CRM, outreach drafts, campaign execution, brand-safety review, exports, and customer support.

We use reveal-token records to enforce monthly plan limits for direct creator email and exact rate-card access. Previously revealed creators may remain unlocked for that workspace without consuming another token.

We use operational data to protect the service against abuse, investigate security events, maintain audit trails, improve search and filtering, and support AcidSpain-managed execution when a customer requests operator support.

Section 3

How information is shared

We share information only when necessary to operate the product and related services, including infrastructure providers such as Supabase and Vercel, payment processors such as Stripe, security and rate-limit systems, email or support tools, and tools used by AcidSpain to provide operator support.

Customer workspace users may see gated creator information after reveal-token use or through features included in their paid plan. Public visitors receive masked creator previews rather than raw emails, exact rates, handles, or sync metadata.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to collect amounts owed, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of AcidSpain, creators, customers, service providers, or the public.

Section 4

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal and operational obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security records, preserve billing records, and support creator and campaign workflows.

Retention periods vary depending on whether the data relates to customer accounts, paid subscriptions, reveal-token ledgers, creator submissions, imported creator data, billing, legal compliance, security logs, or internal platform operations.

Section 5

Your choices

You may request updates to account or creator information, ask for deletion where appropriate, or ask questions about how data tied to your account, creator profile, or workspace is used.

Some data may still be retained when needed for security, financial reporting, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, contractual obligations, active customer workflows, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Section 6

Third-party services and updates

The platform may use third-party services for hosting, database operations, payments, security, analytics, email, and public platform enrichment, including YouTube API-based channel lookups where configured.
